A new cycling season is at hand, and now is the time to act. And while you are at it, please consider donating to the Tony Osborne Memorial Youth Cycling Fund. It comes with an official receipt for tax purposes for donations of $25 or more. This is all part of Registration!

FEES: $40 plus Ontario Cycling (OC) fees - varies depending on which OC membership you choose.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS ARE ISSUED ELECTRONICALLY IN PDF FORMAT AND EMAILED TO THE APPLICANT WITH THEIR CONFIRMATION. MEMBERSHIP CARDS CAN BE PRINTED OR SHOWN ON A SMART PHONE AT CLUB ACTIVITIES.

To comply with the requirements of our OC (Ontario Cycling) membership policy, you will not be able to participate in Club events until you have been registered as a club member.
When you complete your membership registration you agree as a condition of membership, to abide by all NECC rules for group riding and racing. These rules represent the Club’s Risk Management Plan and are designed to make our events more enjoyable and safer for all. Please read the following:

Try The Club Options
If you just want to try a single ride before joining, there are three options for cyclists 18 years old and older. Unfortunately, our club does not allow riders under 18 years old due to OC regulations.
1. Special "Try The Club" Days – The three scheduled days have already occurred; no more are planned this season. HOWEVER....

2. If you are an OC member with another club, please email the club to request permission at least 24 hours before your desired ride (Tuesday night rides are strongly recommended as your first ride).

Please indicate that you are an existing OC member and include your full name, contact information, and emergency contact information. Once you have permission to join a specific ride, please bring your OC card and show it to the ride leader before the ride.

3. If you are not an OC member, please email the club to request permission at least 24 hours before your desired ride (Tuesday night rides are strongly recommended as your first ride).
Please include your full name, contact information, and emergency contact information. Once you have permission to join a specific ride, please purchase an OC "Day Pass" for $10 here. Riders can purchase a maximum of three "Day Passes", and may apply the first $10 "Day Pass" fee towards their OC membership for the remainder of the year.
Riders must show the ride leader the OC "Day Pass" before the ride starts.
Please note: non-club members may only join recreational group rides. They may not participate in a club Time Trial without being a club member.

All new riders are expected to review the NECC Practices for Group Rides and Time Trials document before riding with our club.
