Meet: Main/Water Street Parking Lot, Newmarket (the 'usual spot').

Sunday rides run from May to the end of October. They will normally be short rides of between 40 to 60 kms. The object is to have fun and recover from Saturday rides or races. The pace will generally be set by the slowest rider. No one gets dropped.

Once a month in the summer a longer ride will take place, usually a standard century of 160 km. Consider your fitness level before joining this ride. You should have a good mileage base before attempting this. The pace is usually 25-26 km/hour. Bring food, water, a repair kit, appropriate clothing, and your cell phone if you have one. We do not supply a sag wagon.

All rides are suitable for road bikes only.

UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED Rides will begin at Water St and Main St in Newmarket

Rides will begin at 9:30 am from the first Sunday in May until the end of September. From October on, when weather permits, rides will begin at 1:00 PM.
